Nicole Pennycooke

Nicole Pennycooke is a Director, Associate General Counsel on the Legal & Compliance team at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Nicole was an Associate Counsel at Warburg Pincus LLC focusing on legal matters relating to their fund formation and fundraising efforts. Nicole began her career as an Associate in the Investment Funds Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Nicole holds an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D. from The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
