Matthew Fantozzi

Matthew Fantozzi is an Associate on the Private Equity team at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Matt was an investment banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Leveraged Finance Group. There, he focused on structuring and executing leveraged buyouts, and other debt financings. Matt holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Yale University.
