Charles Caffray

Charles Caffray is a Principal on the Capital Markets & Capital Formation team at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Chuck was the Founding Partner at CCL partners and worked closely with Exos financial. Previously, he was a Managing Director at BTIG where he covered financial sponsors, hedge funds and worked on a range of capital markets and investment banking transactions. Previously, he held roles in Equity and Derivative sales trading at Bank of America, JPM, and Goldman Sachs. Chuck holds a BA in Economics from the Denison University.
