Vertex Aerospace LLC During the period of Veritas’ ownership, Vertex was formed through the acquisition and combination of Raytheon Aerospace and Flight International, Inc. The company was provided aviation-related support services, principally to the U.S. military and various U.S. Government agencies. The company's main lines of business were aircraft maintenance, parts repair & overhaul, logistics support, inventory management and advanced flight training. To support its business activities, Vertex operated FAA and JAA-certified repair stations that overhauled and repaired both avionics and airframe components.
